Call or email to make an appointment and we will come straight to you or schedule you in to drop off your unit at our location. We will do a basic diagnosis following the recommended service and estimate. When doing a larger repair such as a OS Re-installation we may recommend to take your PC back to our location in order to repair your PC in a timely manner, at that time we will get you to fill out a service form which will go over all the issues with your computer and the necessary steps to complete the repair. We will give you an estimated time of completion and return your computer back to you.
